Thursdays from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM
Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM

To continue the experience, choose the formula that suits you:
À la carte: 25 CHF per session
Total freedom.
Flow Pass: 220 CHF
For regular practice, enjoy 10 sessions + 1 free.
Your card is valid for 12 months to give you time to practice at your own pace.
